Wall Street Journal

In 2016 when The Wall Street Journal wanted to publish an article on how actors cooperatives work they  approached Actors Alliance.

The article Where Everyone Has A Part To Play details what a positive influence being in a Coop can be on an actor's life and career.

Our Aims

Actors Alliance is a co-operative agency formed in 1976 of professional actors who also work as each other's agents.

It aims to;

  • advance the acting careers of all its members

  • provide employers and casting directors with helpful and accurate suggestions

  • provide an efficient and  reliable service that is at least as good as the best of agents.

Actors Alliance is a member of the CPMA (Co-operative Personal Management Association).

You can find out more about being in a Coop on their Your Questions Answered page.

Also our recent article in the Wall Street Journal includes interviews with some of our Members to give a more personal insight into Coop life.
